FL-7Veneer crossfeed splicing machine
 

1. Prefeeding system Infeed rollers transport the veneer strips  into the machine and simultaneousley  align them. Retractible stops separate  the veneer strips and prevent over-lapping, which simplifies operation.

2. Veneer trimming As the veneer moves through the machine, one or both edges of the veneer are trimmed. The cut is made by an upper and lower ring. A hot water secondary heating system with automatic temperature regulation is installed in the FL. The primary system with  heat exchanger can be operated with steam, hot water, thermal oil or electricity.

3. Well proven technology  of the FL-7 Drive system with infinitely variable electric motor. Cam action drive for the characteristic "walking" movement of  the heating bars.

4. Veneer stacking system Designed to stack different sizes of lay-ons individually.

Split section veneer  clipper The continuously produced endless ribbon is cut to size by two knives. The two knives can operate either separately or together. This allows the option of single or double ribbon production.
