Fisher + Ruckle Service was established in July of 1995 when the parts and
service for Fisher + Ruckle was moved from North Carolina to Tigerton, WI.

Harald Konheiser, owner, chief engineer and service rep for North America
started out in a two room building and a few years later built a new office, and
3 shops in which to display and rebuild used Fisher + Ruckle veneer machines.

With over 30 years experience on Fisher + Ruckle machines, Harald has been
able to assist customers on all facets, from on-site rebuilds, to solving problems
via phone or on-site, to selling new machinery, installation and startup.

Faye Menzel, Office Manager, joined in 1996 and has become invaluable in
helping the customers with parts needed for their machines.

Jeff Fisher has been added as service technician to do the on-site rebuilds,
on-site problem solving, installation and start up of new machinery.
